Terms and Conditions
To provide better work situation, please accept our rules for candidates who get a job from the company.
1. The 25% deduction on the first month from base salary (full month). This is applied anytime a candidate changes the job.
2. Candidate must work at least 2 months.
3. Candidates are not allowed to borrow money from customers.
4. Candidates are not allowed to make personal/secret deals without informing the company. There is no trial period in the company.
5. If a customer pays for the medical check of a candidate, the candidate must work at least 3 months. Otherwise, the candidate must repay the medical check fee to the customer.
6. If a candidate wants to quit a job, they must inform the company before informing the customer so the company can provide a replacement in advance.
7. Candidates who quit a job should inform the customer at least 30 days in advance.
8. Candidates who wish to update their profile information after registration must pay a service fee of 100 THB per update (applies to changes like work experience, skills, contact details, etc.).
9. Candidates who quit a job before 1 month or do not show up after confirming to work will be blacklisted. To remove from the blacklist, the candidate must talk with the company again and pay 1000 THB.
10. Candidates who confirm an interview but do not show up will be blacklisted. To remove from the blacklist, the candidate must talk with the company and pay 500 THB.
